TransitGoCity terms of use

1. Acceptance.
By using TransitGoCity you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
2. What TransitGoCity is.
TransitGoCity is an information app that shows urban bus timetables and arrival times in the available locations. The information is provided "as is" and may not always match the actual service (delays, incidents, route changes not yet reflected in the data).
3. Permitted use.
The app is for personal, non-commercial use. Decompiling, redistributing or commercially exploiting the app or its data without authorisation is not allowed.
4. No accounts.
TransitGoCity does not require registration. Preferences (favourites, recent stops, location, settings) are stored only on your device.
5. Third-party services.
The app uses Google Maps to display the map and Google AdMob to show ads; these services operate under their own terms and policies, which are outside TransitGoCity's control.
6. Availability.
The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond TransitGoCity's control, without giving rise to any right to compensation.
7. Limitation of liability.
TransitGoCity is not responsible for decisions made based on the information shown (e.g. arriving late at a stop); where it matters, please check the transport operator's official information.
8. Changes.
These terms may be updated; relevant changes will be announced in the app.
9. Governing law.
These terms are governed by Spanish law.

TransitGoCity is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any city council, transport authority or transport operator; the data comes from their open data portals, under their respective licences, and the source for each location is shown in Profile > About.
